Rental terms and what's included.
Terms of Payment
- •Rental paid in advance.
- •Stay for MORE THAN 3 MONTHS and simply make a 20% upfront payment of the total rental cost.
- •The remaining 80% is to be paid in advance each month throughout the lease period to ensure a fixed rental rate and duration to SAVE YOUR CASHFLOW.
- •Refundable Security Deposit, in amount of 1 (one) month rental cost, shall be paid before Lease Commencement Date, together with the first payment of rental cost.
- •All Costs paid are applicable to tax and service charge.
- •Monthly rent price is subject to change.
- •The resident is solely responsible and liable for any costs associated with damage to the residence or common areas caused by the resident, and their guests.
