Terms of Payment :
- Rental paid in advance.
- Stay for MORE THAN 3 MONTHS and simply make a 20% upfront payment of the total rental cost.
The remaining 80% is to be paid in advance each month throughout the lease period to ensure a fixed rental rate and duration to SAVE YOUR CASHFLOW.
- Refundable Security Deposit, in amount of 1 (one) month rental cost, shall be paid before Lease Commencement Date, together with the first payment of rental cost.
- All Costs paid are applicable to tax and service charge.
- Monthly rent price is subject to change.
- The resident is solely responsible and liable for any costs associated with damage to the residence or common areas caused by the resident, and their guests.
Included in Rental Cost :
- All units fully furnished.
- Access to TS Suites facilities : Pool, Gym, Restaurant/Lounge, and Business Center.
- Free use of sauna, cold, and hot bath at N° 1 Wellness Club.
- Non-dedicated parking spot for 1 (one) vehicle at TS Suites hotel.
- Room Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing maintenance periodically.
- Internet connection.
- Water utility.
- On-site building management.
- Free TS Social Club membership.
